Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and timely completion of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments (such as Marketing, Sales, Operations) to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth implementation.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project expenses to optimize outcomes while adhering to financial constraints.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks or obstacles and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are upheld.
Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate project success, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) as a Project Manager in a retail or consumer-focused industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
