Thank you for your purchase from Lady J! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only.

At Lady J our customers are offered the opportunity of exchanging the product on the condition that it is in a fully resalable condition. Please note that damaged or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Terms and conditions – By visiting our site or purchasing from us you are bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • When you purchase something from us, as part of the process, we collect personal information given to us such as your name, address and email address.
  • When provided with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting of it and using it for that specific reason only.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to the customer or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  • Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Returns and refunds policy – If you are unsatisfied with your product you may return it under the following terms and conditions.

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must not be damaged, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase must be produced on the occasion of return. Please note, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any undergarments/ accessories / lingerie due to reasons of personal hygiene.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ladyj.lk. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.
  • During the delivery of a faulty or unordered design, we will resend the correct product with free delivery. In a situation where the desired product is unavailable, the customer will have to choose an alternate product as the delivery fee will be non- refundable.
